Ø150mm – Ø800mm Concrete Pipe Machine
Triple System Concrete Pipe Machine; It produces Concrete Pipes between Ø150mm and Ø800mm in minimum 1000mm and maximum 2000mm lengths in accordance with Iller Bank TSE 821 specification.
• Three molds for Ø150mm and Ø200mm Concrete Pipes, two molds for Ø300mm Concrete Pipes and one mold for other diameters can be connected at the same time.
• Molds and Pallets with Integrated Gasket or Drop Section Gasket are produced in line with the demands from Ø150mm to 800mm.
• Vibration system of the machine is with liquid oil closed circulation system. Automatic lubrication system is activated with machine operation. SKF or FAG bearings resistant to high cycles and heat are used in the vibrator.
• Pallets; It is produced on CNC lathes according to its dimensions and by pressing method.
• Manufactured Concrete Pipes are transported by forklift and shipped to the Drying area.
• Triple System Concrete Pipe Machine has been designed to produce concrete pipes in the fastest and fastest way.
Ø300mm – Ø1400mm Concrete Pipe Machine
This New Generation Concrete Pipe Machine produces Concrete Pipes from 300mm to 1400mm in line with the demands of our customers, from minimum 1000mm to maximum 2500mm in length in accordance with Iller Bank TSE 821 specification. It is manufactured in a way to make double or triple production according to customer demands.
• Three molds for Ø300mm Concrete Pipe, two molds for Ø400, Ø500, Ø600mm Concrete Pipes and one mold for other diameters can be connected at the same time.
• Molds and Pallets with Integrated Gasket or Drop Section Gasket are produced in line with the demands from Ø300mm to Ø1400mm.
• It provides the possibility of mass production from Ø300mm to Ø1400mm without crane, it produces 2 times more than the system with crane.

It produces Concrete Pipes between Ø800mm and Ø3000mm in minimum 2000mm and maximum 2500mm lengths in accordance with Iller Bank TSE 821 specification.
• Production is made by connecting a single mold in all diameters.
• Molds and Pallets with Integrated Gasket or Drop Section Gasket are produced in line with the demands from Ø800mm to Ø3000mm.
• Vibration system of the machine is with liquid oil closed circulation system. Automatic lubrication system is activated with machine operation. SKF or FAG bearings resistant to high cycles and heat are used in the vibrator.
• Manufactured Concrete Pipes are transported to the Drying area by Crane system.
