A larger elevator system machine for medium diameter sewer and stormwater pipes. Core and moulds are handled hydraulically by the machine, so serial production runs without an overhead crane. The manufacturer quotes about twice the output of a crane-handled machine in the same sizes.

Pipes are produced to TSE 821 and EN 1916. Pallets and gaskets for each diameter can be supplied by VDA with the machine.

Questions buyers ask

Elevator or crane system for Ø800 to Ø1400 mm?

Both cover this range. The elevator system gives higher serial output without a crane. The crane system is the better fit if you also need diameters above Ø1400 mm or box culverts on the same machine.

Can I start with fewer moulds and add more later?

Yes. The diameter range and mould count are chosen at order, based on what your market buys most. Additional mould sets and pallets can be added when demand grows.

What is included in installation and training?

The manufacturer installs and commissions the machine on site and trains your operators. Your team prepares the foundation, power supply and lifting equipment. Trial production is checked on a test press for crack load and watertightness.

What are typical delivery and payment terms?

Delivery is usually 30 to 45 days from the down payment and approved drawings. Payment is commonly 50% in advance and 50% before shipment by T/T or L/C, on EXW, FOB or CIF terms. Final terms are set in the contract.

What warranty and spare parts support is offered?

The manufacturer gives a one year warranty and keeps spare parts available for 10 years. Wear parts such as pallets and gaskets are supplied on demand, and VDA can supply them as a running order.
