Quality and compliance

How we check suppliers, which documents come with each order, and the rules we follow on ethics, sanctions, payments and data.

VDA Trade Cooperation sources machinery and plants from Turkish manufacturers and directly supplies spare parts, bitumen, steel and natural stone. Our aim is that you receive what was agreed: the right specification, the right documents and clear communication from enquiry to delivery.

We do not manufacture. Production, testing and installation are carried out by the manufacturers, mills and refineries we select and check. This page explains how we work with them and the rules we follow.

Our quality commitments

Clear requirementsWe confirm technical scope, specifications, quantities and delivery terms in writing with you and the supplier before an order is placed.
Checked suppliersWe work only with manufacturers, mills and refineries whose registration, production capability and references we have checked.
Documented conformityEvery order comes with the applicable certificates and technical documents for the product.
Inspection on requestWe arrange factory acceptance, video inspection or independent third-party pre-shipment inspection when you require it.
Follow-up until closureComplaints are acknowledged quickly, recorded and followed with the supplier until they are closed.
ComplianceWe respect applicable laws, export and sanctions rules, and the contract terms of each order.
