Start from your end product, diameter range and daily output. The machine system, mould set and pallets follow from that. Most plants start with the sizes their market buys most and add moulds later.

Elevator system machines
For serial production of small and medium diameter pipes and manhole rings and cones. The machine lifts the core and moulds itself, so no overhead crane is needed in the production cycle. Mould count and diameter range are set to your market, and more moulds can be added later.

Every pipe leaves the machine on a steel pallet, and the joint is only as good as that pallet. VDA supplies pallets and gaskets with your machine and as a running supply afterwards, matched to your diameters and joint type.
