Before binder reaches a mix it has to be stored, heated, kept liquid and, in many cases, modified or emulsified. We source the equipment for each step from Turkish manufacturers, as single units or as the complete binder handling section of an asphalt plant.

What we source
Bitumen storage tanks
Insulated, heated tanks that keep binder liquid at a controlled temperature, with hot oil coils, electric elements or steam and temperature controls.
Thermal fluid (hot oil) heaters
Heat a transfer oil that circulates through tank and line coils, giving even heating that protects the binder from local overheating.
Drum and barrel heater decanters
Melt bitumen delivered in drums back to a pumpable liquid at working temperature.
Bitumen emulsion plants
Heating and storage, water and emulsifier dosing, colloid mill or high shear mixer, and emulsion storage with ratio control.
PMB plants
Polymer dosing, high shear mill and blending tanks to disperse SBS, SBR or EVA into hot bitumen.
