In vertical pipe production the pallet forms the pipe end and carries the pipe while it cures. Pallet accuracy decides how well the joint seals, and the number of pallet sets decides how many pipes you can make per shift. VDA supplies steel pallets and gaskets from Türkiye for new and existing machines.

Questions buyers ask

Can you supply pallets for a machine you did not supply?

Yes. Send the machine make and model, pipe diameters and joint type, with a drawing or photos of a current pallet. Pallets are made to match, as OEM-equivalent or alternative options.

How many pallet sets do I need?

Each pipe stays on its bottom pallet through the first curing period. Multiply the pipes you make per shift by the shifts a pallet stays in curing, then add a reserve for wear. We can work out the number with you.

What do you need to quote?

Diameters, joint type, quantity per diameter, machine make and model, and the delivery port. Drawings or photos help us quote faster.
