Batch plants weigh each aggregate fraction, bitumen and filler for every batch, which gives precise, consistent mixes and makes it easy to change recipes, including mastic, coloured and recycled asphalt.

Cold feed: bins with frequency-controlled dosing belts feed each aggregate at the required rate.
Dryer: special flight design for maximum heat transfer; forged steel rollers and rings; burner flame can be controlled automatically by aggregate moisture (optional).
Screen: 4, 5 or 6 fractions, dust-proof design, easily changed screen mesh.
Mixer: heavy duty reducer, heat and abrasion resistant liners, long-life arms and paddles, double valve discharge.
Filter: reverse air bag cleaning with vertical bags; collected filler can go back into the mix.
