Stationary batching plants are built for permanent sites and high, steady output. Capacity, mixer type and layout are chosen for the concrete you need to produce and the conditions of your site.

Mixers: twin shaft, single shaft, planetary or pan, selected for the concrete type. Two mixers can run in one plant for higher output.
Cement silos: 30 to 5,000 t. Silos up to 50 t can be bolted or welded; larger silos are bolted for easier transport. Fitted with dust filter, pressure relief valve, level indicators and butterfly valves.
Control: PLC based automation with recipe management, plus a manual panel for emergencies.
Climate: heating and insulated panels for cold regions; water chillers for hot regions such as the Middle East and Africa.
Aggregate feeding: loading ramp or an aggregate pre-feeding system that removes the need for a ramp.
