VDA Trade Cooperation sources machinery and plants from Turkish manufacturers and directly supplies spare parts, bitumen, steel and natural stone. Our aim is that you receive what was agreed: the right specification, the right documents and clear communication from enquiry to delivery.
We do not manufacture. Production, testing and installation are carried out by the manufacturers, mills and refineries we select and check. This page explains how we work with them and the rules we follow.
Our quality commitments
Documents with every order
| Product | Documents |

| Machinery and plants | Manufacturer’s conformity certificates, technical data and operation manuals. Factory acceptance on request. |
| Steel products | Mill test certificates (for example EN 10204 3.1). |
| Bitumen | Certificate of Analysis from the refinery laboratory, Certificate of Origin and MSDS. Origin country and refinery are stated in every offer. |

We do not run our own laboratory. Testing is done by the manufacturer’s quality control and, on request, by independent accredited laboratories or inspection companies, as agreed in the contract.
Ethics, sanctions and payments
Bitumen and other commodities from Iraq or the Gulf region receive additional checks. The origin country and refinery are stated in every offer, and no cargo is handled without a Certificate of Origin and a Certificate of Analysis. Cargo of unclear origin is refused.
