Moving material between stages
Belt conveyors link feeders, crushers, screens and stockpiles. Belt width, length, drive power and idler spacing are sized for the plant’s tonnage and the material. Truck unloaders and ship loaders extend the same equipment to logistics and port terminals.
Tracked stockpile conveyor
A tracked conveyor stockpiles product from mobile crushers and screens without a wheel loader working the pile. It handles up to 400 t/h, folds hydraulically for transport and is usually set up in under 20 minutes. A diesel-electric hybrid drive is available.
Telescopic radial stacker
A telescopic radial stacker extends and swings while it stockpiles, so it builds large, layered piles with little segregation. Stacking can run manually or in programmed patterns from the control panel or a remote control. Typical lengths run from about 40 to 64 m, with belts of 1,000, 1,200 or 1,400 mm.
