One trailer, finished sand
A portable sand making and washing plant combines a feed hopper, a crusher, a vibrating screen and a sand washing screw on a road-legal trailer. It arrives prewired and preassembled, stands on hydraulic legs and starts producing without a crane or foundation.
Two crusher options
- Vertical shaft impactor (VSI) for hard stone and river gravel, with adjustable rotor speed for controlled sand grading.
- Tertiary impact crusher for softer stone such as limestone, with 2, 3 or 4 blow bars.
Washing module
A single or double washing screw removes clay, silt and fines to produce washed sand. With the washer fitted, the screen runs as a two-deck washing screen; without it, a three-deck dry screen is used. An overflow pump can send ultra-fines to further treatment. How the line works
Feeding
A belt feeder meters material from the hopper; a magnet or metal detector can protect the crusher.
Crushing
The VSI or tertiary impact crusher makes sand and fine chips.
Screening
The vibrating screen sizes the product and returns oversize to the crusher.
Washing
The washing screw removes clay and silt and dewaters the sand.
Stockpiling
Hydraulic conveyors carry each product to its stockpile.

VSI for hard stone and river gravel; tertiary impact for softer stone such as limestone. The manufacturer recommends one from your rock data.
Does the plant need special transport permits?
The plant is built on a road-legal trailer for a standard truck tractor. Overseas it ships Ro-Ro or on a flat-rack.
